So shopify paused my store today at 7am, right when my mid year sale went live. We've spent $50k advertising the sale, only to have our site shut by shopify..
because we didnt reply to an email (which we didnt notice amongst the 100s of emails in our inbox) requesting we confirm the location on our site of some information, all of which is on almost every page & policy.
and now we get no support, noones able or willing to actually help us, meanwhile our store is offline. Its a ridiculously out of proportion action for shopify to take for not responding to an email (especially when most comms seems to be via the store dashboard)
Can someone from shopify actually help me here? we are desperate, but we cant get anyone to help. the people on the end of the chat just say they cant do anything more and we just have to wait. which, is unacceptable given we having a sale today.
our financial losses are stacking up minute by minute and we are losing customer after customer.

Welcome to the community but sorry to hear about your case. I can not help you much other than maybe suggest to try to contact Shopify support on X maybe you get some reply. Also @Jose68 maybe could help or @JasonH might have some ideas.
Also watch out for scammers as they would try to use your situation.
