Shopify Support BOT needs to be switched off immediately

The Support Bot is in a loop connecting and disconnecting me with real person please. Please disconnect the bot until the issue is resolved.

In 30 minutes I have connected to Nikki, Francis, Mary etc and NOT one time is a transcipt left in my support inbox.
