Shopify support not working

I closed down my store earlier this year and have been trying to put my store under an llc for the upcoming tax season. Spoke to custom service numerous times and have a ticket open. It's been escalated for months now and i still don't have an update. Now I cant even use the live support for some reason. I need help on this! ticket number is 53351557.
