Shopify must have phone number and teamviewer or anydesk app. how many people agree wiith me?? before shopify,,,,,i have tried ecwid...and other platforms but i left because of their poor support response and poor communication. in my 4 years experience i found that phone number must needed for fast and understandable solution and communication. some issues cant be explained.....we can just shoe them by screenshor or screen recording so remote app must need. remote app like teamviwer or anydesk

Based on experience, they phone support before. Though, as of now, their available point of communication is via Live chat and email as well.
