20 years I have been in business selling mobile phones, moved from magento to shopify as the apps look good , today they closed my wesbite , no commuications nothing just "We have reviewed your account and determined that it is in violation of Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). As a result, we are no longer able to host your store on the Shopify platform and your account has been closed." .
I have many pending orders
I have no ability to comunicate with my clients
I have never experienced this lake of professionalism
business name and reputation means a lot
@mymobile Please contact to Shopify support. Communicating with Shopify support team via replying to the emails you've received is what you'll want to do

I need to wait 48 hours as I have escalated the case and from the information I have read it's more like 1 week , It is inexcusable to shut down companies life line, giving no access to existing orders and clients information
If there is more information needed from my company a simple email would have resolved any problems.
Communication between shopify and its clients is appalling
They will never open your store now i am facing the same problem i reached to their higher team through emails i was running a clothing store and there is too much pending payouts in it they sudden terminated my 3 clothing stores this platform is not for business scammers.
