Shopify ULTRA Slow on mobile

Hi, I've been having issues loading the content especially images on the mobile for my store. It's loading just fine on desktop.

Images are about 2K x 2K resolution JPG. It takes tens of seconds even about minute to load! Also, when clicking on  products, it take about the same time to load. So bad.
