Shopify upsell app in checkout for Shopify Plus?

Hello! I'm looking for an app/widget that would allow me to upsell customers in the checkout of a Shopify Plus store. It would display an item of low value to add to the cart of the cart is over a certain dollar amount. I understand this is only possible for Shopify Plus as the checkout.liquid file has to be accessible.

I checked the app marketplace, but couldn't find any solutions.

Does anyone know about an app/dev that can make this happen?

If you want to add that to the checkout, you're correct, you'll need an app that will modify the checkout.liquid file.

Please check KAD Upsell • Cross Sell. It will allow you to create a Special offer for your customers that will be shown to them as a banner on the Checkout. 

Products in the banner can be offered for a full price, with a % discount or for free. Here is where you can find more info KAD Upsell • Cross Sell
