Shopify will not let me edit code

Hello,

When i click on the three dots > then edit code > it says that this page cant be displayed. I have tried shopify status, etc. opened a private browsers, etc. but nothing seems to be working? could i please have some help! very urgent. thank you.

Are you able to get to "Edit code" of other themes in your store or none is editable?

If none then try another device as this can be something on yours preventing Admin from working properly.

if this is only with one particular theme, then probably something wrong with the theme.

Can you duplicate the theme and maybe then edit a copy?

Can you download a theme .zip for the affected theme?

These are the steps I'd try...
