Shopify have been withholding payments since 15th November due to a world-wide issue that HSBC were having with some bank accounts that meant money couldn't be transferred into or out of them. This was sorted out in a day or two by HSBC but my Shopify account payments are suspended whilst they "review" my account. Nothing appears to have changed for about two weeks now and I have no idea how long this review process is supposed to take or if I'm supposed to do anything other than wait. Anyone else having similar issues and know how to sort this out?
Usually, they'll try again x-number of days later, if a payout fails.
Try looking at your payout schedule, within the Shopify admin, and see if there's another payout attempt scheduled:
Admin > Settings > Payments > View Payouts
If you're not seeing anything there, then you'd need to contact Shopify's support directly for help resolving this issue.

The first failure occurred on the 15th Nov and there is a note saying they'll try again 3 days later (which would have worked as HSBC had fixed the problem by then). However there was no attempt 3 days later and there has being no attempt since then. Looks like I'll have to contact Shopify support directly to try and get it resolved.
