Should I pause my Shopify plan until I have customers?

I've purchased "Shopify" plan for small teams but right now I don't have customer but money is deducted every month. So should I put my plan on hold till I get customer? And if it's possible then what is the procedure to put plan on hold till I get customer?

If your store is eligible you can absolutely pause your plan. That being said, your checkout will not be active so it will be difficult to attract customers with an inactive checkout.
