Should I remove sold out products from Google and Instagram sales channels?

Hi,

My shop sells mostly vintage cameras and clothing and we always photograph the actual used item so the products are, in effect, one-of-a-kind.

Does anyone know what the best practice is in terms of showing or hiding sold out items from the Google and Instagram/FB sales channels for shops in our situation?

I'm of two minds, maybe it drives so traffic to our site but I wonder if it annoys people when the specific thing they're looking for is sold out.
