Show estimated arrival date on product page

I recently switch to a 2.0 theme (Refresh) after using the Venture theme for a few years. With the Venture theme, product pages would display the estimated arrival date that was set in the Products | Purchase Orders page of the dashboard:

With the 2.0 Refresh theme, i don't see an option to display the estimated date. There is just the option to show it as "sold out":

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to display the estimated date like was available in the old theme?
