Show product name and price on hover

I would like to show the price and name of my product on hover. I would also like the hover to be a little bit blurry/faded as seen in the website link attached. 

I am using the spotlight theme.

I only see one product on you store right now called test. I can help if you can provide me more info. Typically for hover, you have to add some code on the product page. Do provide me more information here or in DM so I can provide you some instructions on how to do so.

Hi,

This is a new website so i have no actually added any products to it yet. I just want help adding a hover with the price and title of the product when the cursor goes over the product (test). Can you help me with a code? What more information do you need? I am using the spotlight theme if that helps.
