Showing the specific add-ons on the Cart page for each product

Hi everyone, needs some help sorting this out.

We are currently setting up a personaliser app to add a text on some of our Solar Plaques. However, when we go add the cart page, it doesn't show the details there. I'm expecting a line inside the product to include the details of the add-ons in the cart page (Photo reference: Sample cart page). Currently I can only see it on the checkout page. Our concern is if customers don't see that it's been added on their cart, they won't be going ahead with their order. Can you let me know if there's something we can do with this?

For your reference, I've attached some photos.

- Sample cart page: It says Size, Letter on this photo. Not the exact wording but we are expecting that what is showing on the checkout page can also be visible on the cart page (since cart shows first in the order sequence).
