Signing up for Shopify Payments without a business

I have a Shopify Partners account for testing. I want to create a test store and try different things with subscriptions. However, the bogus payment gateway doesn't allow subscriptions, so apparently I need to use Shopify Payments.

The problem is that when I go to use Shopify Payments, it asks for a business type, banking info, etc... But I don't have an existing business. I just want to create a test store to test different ways of paying for subscriptions. Do I really need to enter my banking info to get this working?
