Simply Loyalty program new and existing accounts

Hi, I'm looking for a simple app that would allow new customers to create an account / register and apply an order level discount and then apply a discount for every order after that. NOT rewards. 

New customer arrives on the site, sees a pop up > Create account and get 10% off first order > Creates account and discount applied at checkout. 

Existing customer accounts > Login and get 10% off all future orders.

Struggling to find one, they all seem to apply reward points or only for second order.

You can try the Bold Discounts ‑ The Sale App by BOLD. It allows you to offer a discount by percentage off, a dollar amount off, or a fixed price. You can also apply sales at a variant, collection, store level or hand-picked products only. With its user-friendly interface, you can set up a sale in seconds storewide.

You can review other apps with the necessary functionality at the apps store. If nothing meets your needs, there is always a way to develop a custom solution.

This seems like a fairly straightforward ask, and is not a rewards / loyalty use case. You can achieve this through Flows + Shopify functions based discount apps. (Automatic customer segment based discounts are only possible through functions)

Once you've created the flow - the next step is to create the order discount on the app
