Site Access Removed

I started building my store, transferred my domain name and then bang, blocked for alleged AUP violation even though I added barely anything to the store and didn’t set it live . The store is for homeware goods, nothing unusual. Anyone else had this problem? I’ve contacted the support chat, tried every email I can find and no one gets back to me. Pretty shocking they can just essential take your domain name and not respond for months !
