Site saying it wont ship to address

I've had 2 returning customers try to check out and my site is telling them that we cannot deliver to their address. Both of them are returning customers and have placed their first order just a few days ago. There is no issue with their address. One was last night and one today. Is Shopify having an issue?

Hi. Please cross-check these things.

  1. Address Verification: Double-check the addresses entered by the customers to ensure there are no typos or formatting errors. An incorrect or improperly formatted address can lead to delivery issues.

  2. Shipping Settings: Review your shipping settings in your Shopify admin dashboard. Make sure that your shipping zones, rates, and restrictions are configured correctly. It's possible that there might be some settings that are preventing certain addresses from being recognized.

  3. App or Third-Party Integration: If you're using any third-party apps or integrations related to shipping, it's worth checking if any updates or changes have been made that could be affecting address validation.

  4. Carrier Issues: The issue could also be related to the carrier you're using for shipping. Some carriers have address validation systems in place that might flag certain addresses. Reach out to your carrier's support if needed.

Hello! Did you get this resolved? We are a shopify store and we are also having this same issue this week.

I eventually discovered it was an issue with Printify. They put in new shipping assignments you gotta pick. So when I had updated a few items in Printify and didn't select one it created its own. And since what Printify automatically assigned didn't match with my free shipping in my shopify store, it just told the customers that shipping wasn't available to them when they tried to buy the items.

Okay thanks so much! We do not use Printify. Thanks for your efficient response. We are on to the Shopify Help Centre now to try and get a solution.
