We have a site that is showing the price and then a zero priced strikethrough and I can seem to figure out how to remove it.Screenshot 2023-04-21 at 5.53.33 PM.png

Hi, @isaach3lms.

Thanks for reaching out and posting to the Shopify community.

I understand that you're seeing double pricing on the product page that you shared but unsure how it appeared there. To gather a bit more context, could you provide more information on the following:

  • When did the issue first start?
  • Does this appear on all product pages?
  • Could you share your store URL for better visibility?
  • Have you recently installed any new apps in your store?
  • Have any code changes been applied to your theme?

In the meantime could you try the following troubleshooting steps to better identify the issue?

  • Could you try rolling back your theme code to an older date stamp to see when the issue started? When rolling back your theme you do not need to publish it, you can click Preview to view the changes. We have the step-by-step process listed here.
  • Could you try installing a free Shopify theme and previewing it to see if the price strike-through appears on your products? You can follow the steps here for a walkthrough of this

I look forward to hearing back!

Hey Victoria,

I have attached a link for reference below. This issue has been going on since we first launched our site. We are using a custom theme so I may need to reach out to the creator.

Thanks for your reply, @isaach3lms

I appreciate you sharing the link to the specific product and that you're using a custom theme. It looks as though you're using a theme from Outofthesandbox, which would make it a third-party theme.

If you've exhausted all options above by rolling back your theme code and downloading a fresh Shopify theme to see if the issue persists, then I would recommend contacting the theme developer directly. The theme developer will be in the best position in helping you identify the root of the issue. You can submit a request related to your theme here

Hi @isaach3lms ,

I'm experiencing the same issue here! What was causing the issue in the end?

I'm going through previous themes, but struggling to see where the issue is originating from. I think it's causing Google to be suspicious of my page now 😞

Cheers!
