You would have received a mail from Shopify if your store was closed and check for the details and information as to what was the reason for the store closure. If they have asked for some documents, please provide them with that. The mail could also land in your Spam/Junk, check for it and if not received reach out to the chat support or mail.
Solution for this could be you have to reach out to shopify support to firstly understand what was the reason for your store termination, they might take some time but they will reply. Post that, just speak to them if this is fixable or can be sorted any how so that your store is restored.
Shopify is the only one who can help you in this situation.
Hope you receive a response from them swiftly and this is resolved at the earliest.
