Size chart not linking despite following steps

Hello - we use the Dawn theme, and I followed the steps on the Shopify instructions for adding a size chart. This is what it looks like (it's also not in the location I want it to be, which would be below the size variants, but that's another issue. Would appreciate any assistance with first getting it linked to the size chart.
