Hi,
so I connected Skrill with my shop and everything ran smoothly got some orders and wanted to withdraw that money to my bank account to keep my ads running, but when I tried to do so error popped out:
"No permission to withdraw"
I tried, creating tickets, sending emails, and even calling them but the phone number for merchant profiles is not active which is outrageous, I tried calling the individual accounts help desk, just to be informed they can't help :))
So basically they holding my money, without restricting my account or giving any form of information, or trying to communicate with me.
Did anyone have the same issue and was able to resolve this problem?

I tried contacting their Partner which is PaySafe and received confirmation of the created ticket ( that's something)
Also created a ticket through the website Skrill FAQ and received ticket confirmation, that's something new but pretty sure I will never hear from them 🙂
Im afraid there's no sense in reaching my bank since the payment never touched my bank or anything so not sure what they could do for me.
In the worst case, I will contact the Ombudsman to seek any help.
