SMS Notifications > Change Numbers to Texts/Store Name

I've activated the SMS notification feature to notify customers about their transactions.

As I can see the SMS sent by the Shopify system is from a UK number.

Can we change the Numbers into Text/Store name?

These numbers seem like a UK number, while our Store is based in Singapore. I don't want to scare the customers, you know what I mean?

Unfortunately, there is no workaround for this and there is nothing you can do do adjust the number/area code

You can set up your own sender number and sender name  for Sending SMS.

Is there any suggested apps to be able to custom the SMS SENDER ID instead of the numbers that our customers are receiving?

Hi, can I just clarify...no way to change a US number to, say, a UK number, or no way to change the number to a store name..?  Having customers receive an SMS from the country the store is operating from (and from the store information) is pretty basic in terms of trust and credibility.  Hopefully, this is something you can help clarify as I don't see that using another App for something so basic is appropriate...and don't see the US number default as an "accepted solution".

I worked with a third party app who integrated the sms notification on shopify 

it’s called unifonic.com 

but it’s very limited you get the full options as shopify US number options.. but it works and do the job
