After Placing the order in my Shopify store, my customers are not getting the sms notifications, I'm using the inbuilt shopify sms service, please give me any solution for this.
Phone number is mandatory at checkout for order SMS notification. If it's correct follow this steps :
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Checkout.
-> In the Customer contact method section, select any of the following SMS settings:
1. To select phone or email check out, select Phone number or email.
2. To select email only, select Email.
Click Save.
