SMS templates cannot be edited. - Basic plan and invoice paid

Hi,

I have a Basic Shopify Plan and I can't customize SMS notification.

I'm not in trial version and I have paid mor than 5 bills.

Which plan to choose if I want to customize my SMS notifications ? Shopify or Advanced Shopify ?

It seems like SMS notifications cannot be edited on all plans. I checked with my Shopify store with the Shopify plan and it cannot be edited either.

An alternative way for you to consider is using third-party apps which offer you so many different SMS notification templates. You can choose the template you're interested in and set it as a default SMS template to send out to customers.
