smtp for shopify notifications verification

i wanted to verify my email to use for my shopify account as an email that is sent to the customer i kept trying but i couldn't receive the verification email so i contacted my email provider and they said i should ask for the smtp records

The email I'm trying to verify is no-reply@datedelights.ae and my domain is
datedelights.ae
