Hi @Chrisk6,
Dani here from Shopify!
I took a look at your site, and I did receive an error on mobile. But when I tried on my desktop I was actually taken to our Shopify Facebook page. Would you be able to review the link in your Theme settings? To access this:
Here, you should be able to review the URL in the Facebook category. You'll want this to link directly to your Facebook page. I tested the address you added in your question https://www.facebook.com/christmastreehongkong/ and received an error saying this content isn't available right now:
To confirm, have you published this Facebook page? You'll want to do publish the page so that your customers will be able to view it.
Are you planning to use Facebook for marketing your store? If so, I'd definitely take a look at this blog post to get started!
I'd love to hear from the community to see if anyone else has some ideas on using Facebook to leverage your business!
All the best,
Dani

Hi, my social media bottom is also not working, when I click in the bottom goes to a erro page, can someone help me with it?
Hello,
Am encountering the same problem too here, what I think caused the error was that, the store link showed before the page link which makes it difficult, since the link is having two domains it will run to an error or the page does not exist. Have tried to check through the liquid code but was unable to find the targeting, but some other themes I use worked perfectly. So to my research, it was the Theme that added my store link before the page link I insert while customizing. Help will be needed from top guys here on where to locate the snippets or sessions that work alongside the social in the liquid thanks
