Social Media links in footer not linking properly

Whenever I click on the social media icons in the footer of our website, it brings me to the homepage. I have the URLs properly linked in the expanded footer and I also have them inserted into the social media section of the theme settings and just not sure why it isn't properly updating?

I promise you they are linked and this is the issue I'm running into. I have it linked but something is happening where it's not taking.
