Sold out problem

ALL items seems to be sold out at my webshop, but only at my own Mac, and only when using Google Chrome.

 

I do get orders and on other devices I can see my items for sale and make an order.

If I set my inventory status to 0, I can see the product title at collection level, which I cant when I set the inventory status to more than 0.

Thank you for getting back to my on this weird issue.

 

I only have one inventory store.

All items seems to be sold out at my webshop when entering in Google Chrome using my Mac Laptop.

I have no issues using Firefox or Safari.

Have you tried using incognito browser?

@Harsted  Hey This sounds like a caching issue in Chrome on your Mac. Try clearing your browser cache or checking in an incognito window. Also, ensure that any inventory-related apps or settings aren’t conflicting. If the issue persists, a theme code check might help.

I have cleared my cookies and cache. I didn't help.

 

I dont know how to check for inventory-related apps issues and to do a theme- code check.

Hey Harsted,

 

I've encountered the same issue and seen your topic. The following steps worked for me, I hope this helps you:

 

  • Go to Settings > Locations menu

  • Create a new location
  • Click the location the old one and uncheck "Fulfill online orders from this location" box, then deactivate location
  • Reactive the old location and check "Fulfill online orders from this location" box
  • Deactivate the new location and delete it

It was not a location issue, but seemed to be a cookies issues.

It resolved itself over the weekend.
