Solution for customers to do a postcode check

Hello,

We have an online florist store operating in Australia, and we are looking for a tool/app that will allow customers to enter a postcode that they are seeking to deliver flowers to, and then I would like for them to be able to see the associated delivery fee for that postcode. 

Does anyone know of a solution that will fit the bill?
