[solved] Italian translation not looking good

Hi,

I just inspected the italian translation, and it's definitely not good. All the translations have double input, i.e. the line in Italian and in English too.

For instance: .. incluso di tasse./.. including taxes %s.

And there are some mispelling.

Does the italian translation depends exclusively by the italian web agency, or different store owners can have their own translation (a better one perhaps)?

Hi @denisr,

All shops can have their own custom translation. Under general preferences find the "checkout languages" dropdown. Scroll to the very bottom of all the available languages and choose "create new translation". You'll get a new screen with all checkout fields. Don't forget after you save your translation to select it as the default.

I just found it! Perhaps it should be as a link and not as a choice of language. It's a bit hard to find it!
