Some items in your cart can't be shipped...

"Some items in your cart can't be shipped to address you entered. Review your address to ensure all fields have been entered correctly and try again". Why does this message keep popping up upon checkout? My relative was trying to make the very first purchase from my store and was faced with this message and couldn't proceed. He tried 2 different addresses and 3 different payment options. I then attempted to make a purchase to my own address and was faced with the same error. I tried several products in my store and the same message keeps preventing the sale. I've returned to the Oberlo tutorial and followed it keystroke for keystroke. How do I fix this?

Hello,

 

I believe the issue has to do with your shipping profiles in Shopify.

 

Try going to Settings >> Shipping and Delivery 

 

From there, ensure that the shipping address you are using in your test order is in a country/state that is enabled in your shipping profiles. You will also want to double-check that your general shipping profile is set to include "all products"

Hi. I just checked those parameters and nothing's changed. It seems to be
ok with payment as I've run several test purchases and thats fine. Its
just this address issue. Is there anything else I can check?

Interesting. How have you been running successful payments/test orders if you have had this address issue? Is it just with a specific address (your friends) ?
