All things Shopify and commerce
Hi there,
I am using Ella 2.0 on my website harwage.myshopify.com. its in testing stage at the moment.
from last a few days i have started to get the problem that whenever i add a new color to the product. It shows white instead despite that in admin section the color is assigned correctly.
Such as the following product is showing white color as a variant.
https://harwage.myshopify.com/products/men-copper-printed-t-shirt
Please guide how to solve this as i need to present this project to client ASAP.
Thanks.

This is an accepted solution.
But as I see now swatch copper is working fine.
For swatch copper1 you need to upload an image having name copper1 and extension .png
Means it should be copper1.png
Hello @Harwage ,
Because the image is not available.
You have color name copper but there is no image available with name copper.png
To fix it create a image having resolution 40 x 40 and name it copper.png
Once done upload it under Content -> Files and refresh the page you will the swatch image.
You can do same for other missing swatches.
Same instructions you can find with theme demo/guide.

Hi Guleria,
Thanks for the prompt response. I just tried as you said but it is still not showing.
Instead the old color swatch "copper" i added earlier is started to show. However, when i tried to remove the new one with the image the old color swatch with the #hex code move back to white 😞. Similarly, when i remove the old one the new image swatch started to show white as well.
Any other solution?
