Some Products Are Mysteriously Appearing Twice On Collection Page

Hello everyone,

 

Some products appears twice on all the collection pages. Here's the collection page for your reference: When you sort it the price from low to high, and when you press load more products button they will start repeating, you will see what I mean. You can see the examples in the screenshots below.

Have checked everything - products are not duplicated. And only some products repeat at some point. We use Flex version 3.0.0 provided by Out of the Sandbox. It happens on my 2 domains and both on desktop and mobile. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening? I need an urgent solution.

I just checked the link you shared and saw duplicates for each product I tested. If you don’t see duplicate products within the admin, it is likely that the theme duplicates products within the collection on the storefront. To confirm it’s actually doubling the amount, you can check the number of products in the collection within the admin and then cross reference the number of products shown on the storefront. 

 

In most cases, the cause for this issue is a customized theme code or an app that may interfere with your theme. The best way to establish if it’s theme related problem is to install a new version of your theme or another theme and then see if it happens with it too. If the new theme doesn’t have this problem, your current theme will need a revision. The best course of action is to get in touch with the theme developer. In this case, contact the Out of the Sandbox team.

Thank you for your quick reply.

 

I have checked with the Dawn theme and it seems everything's in order. Therefore, problem should be with our current theme. I have contacted with Out of the Sandbox. Hope they will resolve the problem.

 

Do you have any solution ideas with the problem by chance?

I would like to know if you were able to solve your problem and how you did it, I have the same problem that when I load new products (paging) I see some duplicates.
