Someone made a shop with MY email

Someone made a shopify store/account with my email this morning and added 2FA.  I don't want me email linked to their store and I tried submitting the fraud request as told to by the help bot but it never goes anywhere.  Please help!

We're sorry to hear this has happened, and can definitely understand the urgency to have this resolved for you. Our authenticated support would be best equipped to assist you with this, as our community team does not have access to accounts.  

Please head to this link here, click the option Can't log in to your Shopify store. On the following page, select I still can't access my account. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Chat with us option, which will connect you to a live Support Advisor.
