Someone used my email address to set up a store and I can not connect with a human with Shopify!!!!

Someone used my email address to set up a store.  I have gone through the steps to report as fraud thru the Shopify virtual assistant, but I keep hitting roadblocks because I don't have information about the actual account that is set up.  I need a human to help me!!!!!
