After making a payment last Saturday with a different credit card, my store turned inactive I received an email asking me to provide some documents and details which I responded to on the same day, but I still didn't hear from you guys, this has created a massive confusion, customers who have already purchased are starting to question the legitimacy of our website, please help, I really can't afford to lose all the hard work our team have done, and it's been 8 days now and I still didn't get any answer, all I hear whenever I speak to someone via chat, is it's under review and they're working on it, and it'll be fixed asap.... 8 days in nothing happened, please help me fix it this is frustrating, I didn't enjoy the holidays with my family as I should and all I'm thinking about is when this will be fixed, as it shouldn't take this long, Ticket ID: 5572b03f-45ba-4edf-8f47-b8cd40b13be8
