Spam page indexed

Google Search Console sent me a warning that they found and blocked a suspicious page on my website (hassan-brothers.ae). The page appears to be spam advertising about thermal paper rolls, but I can't actually find this page on my website to delete it.

The spam page has a weird URL: https://hassan-brothers.ae/products/vendors?q=Buy%20UAE%2024%thermal%paper%rolls%65%mm%2....

I need help figuring out how to remove this page since I can't locate it in my website's files or admin panel.
