Special Order

Hello, I am trying to make a template so I can add products in a specific collection for "Special Order" and would like the 'Buy/Add to Cart' button to say "Special Order". I have tried to follow the directions on found discussions regarding "Pre-Order" or "Special Order" and cannot figure it out. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would be greatly appreciative.
