Specific functionality around 'Find an Instructor'

Hi, we are currently in the process of migrating 2 websites to Shopify.  Both train breathwork trainers as part of the core offering.  We have current basic 'Find an Qualified Instructor' functionality on our site but it is very manual and search function isnt great.  We are trying to work out the best way of doing this going forward.  Is there an app that can support this. Ie process flow would be instructor goes to portal, fills out details based on specific detail/fields such as Name, Geo, Specialist Area, Social Handles, this goes into a queue for approval, once approved, the information is then published in a specific format.  People can then search by that format and see the profiles of the relevant people

We can use Boost AI Search and Discover to create various attributes for the instructor, enabling users to filter among the attributes and find the instructor that best suits their needs.
