Does anybody have experience getting their website whitelisted through the Spectrum Security Shield? Basically, our website has been flagged as a phishing site, even though it is not.
Today, it appears the Spectrum Security Shield has flagged our website and will not allow users to access it. Our website is clean on all Malware searches we have performed as well as DNS searches.
This is very harmful to our business, unfortunately, as not customer with Spectrum is able to access our site.
