All things Shopify and commerce
Basically we're starting to do custom work and I'd like to split the home page to direct customers to either our pre made items or custom items by having 2 icons that you can click on to take you from one section to another what is the best way to go about this?
Without using custom code, Shogun could be a solution. Create a section. Add two quality square images. It's easier if the images share the same aspect ratios. If you want to show off the detail of your work, you can enable parallax on the image. It'll make the images pop and the page more dynamic.
Depending on what your site content and site map looks like, you may or may not want to no/index this page. Would need more info.
Do you want your site navigation to appear? Or do you want a squeeze page of sorts (only provide 2 options for the customer pre-made or custom items)?
Yes basically what you'd call a squeeze page. Where they would click a icon/logo for Business A the pre made stuff or business B the custom made stuff.
Did you achieve this? If so, what theme did you use?
