SPOD

Hi All, 

I am just in the process of setting up a Shopify Store and will use SPOD as our POD.

Does any one have any recommendations on best practice if you want to ship worldwide as currently SPOD have US and EU split when use their POD.

Also can anyone guide me on how to set up their shipping options (Standard, Premium, Express) in an easy way?
