SSL Error and Website Security

Hello, I would like someone to answer this who has seen or has experienced an error message as the following one attached.

I really love shopify as a platform but I always feel like everytime I post a question, I receive very indirect or useless answer, that doesn't help or answer my question. I have two questions. 

- Can I use a third party website security ?

I want to purchase a website security from godaddy.com, I had some phishing issues on my website recently.

I spoke to someone on godaddy support and they said the following message attached. I want to just double & confirm that shopify allows it or not.

- Also, why do some of my website viewers receive the following error message ? [attached as well]

and what solution can I present to them when they do receive this message ?

That error message will not appear for everyone and I understand that, so that is why I want to know why it happens and what solution I can present. This is very crucial considering it effects the traffic on my site which effects my sales if someone cannot access my website due to an SSL error.

You don't need any extra security layer with Shopify and GoDaddy website security is not compatible with Shopify.

Two problems to me investigate.

1. When you mention phishing issues to what you refer in details?
2. The SSL error need to be investigate, could some misconfiguration of the domain settings. What is your store URL address?

I checked the SSL certificate and it is valid.

I didn't find any major problem looking at the domain health.
