One thing that I noticed is that shops.myshopify.com. get saved without the last dot (like this shops.myshopify.com)

Typically, it can take up to 48 hours for the TLS certificate to be issued. During that time, an SSL Unavailable error might be displayed in your Shopify admin. Since a week has passed, you will want to review your DNS Settings. You can follow the steps here:
shops.myshopify.com.. Be sure to include the period at the end of the domain.

I contacted them and they said that I have to get an SSL in Shopify.
("Since your domain is pointing away from Squarespace, contact your website host about an SSL certificate instead.")
