SSl pending

Hi guys,

I'm kinda noob, but i need some help, when i connected the domain to shopify, it says ssl pending.

And the website don't show with the error "Secure connection failed"

can someone show me the right path?

This usually takes a bit of time (up to 48 hours). Here’s what you can do:

1. Check DNS Settings: Ensure your domain’s DNS records are correctly pointing to Shopify’s IP addresses. You can find these in your Shopify admin under Online Store > Domains.

2. Wait for SSL to Activate: Shopify should automatically handle the SSL activation. It might take up to 48 hours, so be patient.

3. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, your browser may show the old status. Clear your cache or try a different browser to check the SSL status.
