Staff member keeps getting redirected to login page

I have added two staff members over the past few weeks. Both are encountering the same issue. They are are unable to login. They keep getting redirected back to the login page. 

I have removed them and added them again but the same problem persists. 

I would appreciate if anyone from the Shopify community can help me resolve this.

There was an incident few days ago with the issue that you are experiencing. I submitted a ticket for our store, and it was resolve after few hours. The Shopify status, does not really check the whole status of your website, so I suggest contacting support if this issue persist.

Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry your staff are experiencing issues with logging in. 

If the issues are happening on the same computer, I recommend trying some local troubleshooting steps such has clearing your cache/cookies and browser history as well as trying a new browser or device. This should work by refreshing the internet connection.

Hi Emily. The staff is using their own computers, so it's not a case of the issue being on one device. 

I manufacture and sell women's clothing. 🙂
