Staff Scheduling App

I'm looking for an app that can integrate with Shopify POS to help us with staff scheduling and clock-in and clock-out functions.  If possible, I'd like this app to be able to suggest scheduling based on our sales and can account for labor cost.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!
