As other posts have shared. This is a note to anyone thinking about moving there. Just don't. They don't have support and you are left with regular support who doesn't know how to assist you. Whatever you request doesn't work. And you are left with whatever they want to do. Just don't. Keep your money on your bank account. Shopify should have dedicated support for this to work.

If your question or problem requires more support beyond what our support team is able to offer, we also have an escalated support team that works specifically with Shopify Capital questions. While you can't get in touch with this team directly, they are there for issues that require it.
