sticky header when scrolling up

can someone help me with my header, I want my header to disappear when scrolling down and to appear when scrolling up. people said it needs some coding in liquid. I'm using prestige theme, thanks.

did you turn off the sticky header option in the header menu?

yes because I don't want it to be there when I'm scrolling up and down. I've seen solution for that problem on the dawn theme but cant figure out for the prestige theme.
